    What We Were Dealing With

    • 94-page content restructure for AI extraction: Rewrote the opening 80–100 words of every target category and buyer-intent page to lead with a direct, structured answer — removing promotional framing and replacing it with the clear, factual answer format that Google AI Overview selection requires
    • FAQPage schema on all buyer-intent pages: Added 4–6 question-answer pairs per page with FAQPage schema, each targeting a specific buyer research question that appeared in our Google AI Overview competitive gap analysis. Featured snippets started appearing for 16 queries within 6 weeks of schema deployment
    • 20 new "how to choose" guide assets: Produced 20 in-depth buyer guides targeting high-value research queries — e.g. "how to choose the right [product]," "what to look for in [category]." These are the query types where AI Overviews appear most consistently, and where the brand had no dedicated content previously
